That's a tough one... Don't see how but hear people say they do all the time.. Personally I think it's infatuation and nothing more but everyone is different

I agree with princess, but at the same time, once you begin talking to that person and get to know them, assuming they're not lying and you're not lying, then it could happen!

possible? yes

likely? not a chance in hell

The fact is that over the internet ( as the most common way of meeting people without coming face to face) the majority of people leave things out or outright lie about other things, that if you met in person would make them a totally different person.

So, while online with them you can fall in love with the picture they have painted, the drama they have enacted. but when the lights come on and you see all the makeup and glitter you realize they are not who you thought they were.

If some told me they fell in love with me and we never met. I would be a little worried. I can see how you can get close to someone and have feelings for them, but your talking about something that comes with contack, the actual feeling of seeing, touching, hearing face to face that contack for me that I nee to feel that deep for someone.

absolutely ... and it has been happening for as long as people have been writing letters to one another ... many fell in love during the war by written correspondence alone ...

...why should now be any different? The potential is there but people also have more options and are not always genuine about who they are and what they want.

If both people are balanced, honest and open ... love is not only possible but very real...

The relationship still needs to work in the real world though so you don't know for sure if it will be a 'romantic' love until you spend time sharing life together.

OK..OK..after putting a little thought into this now..I'll even attempt to elaborate on why.

Its possible for both, but typically much easier for a woman to fall in love without having to "see" the man, because to really reach a woman, is through her mind, then her heart.

Most men are jack-asses. They don;t understand how a woman "works" in this area of "love and romance". Most have no clue that something like "foreplay" can be a process that can start as soon as you wake up and not have the actual encounter until late that night...and you don;t even have to both be in the same place. noway

Guys on the other hand, we are "sight" based, so we "see" what we like and go after that. But some men are enough in touch with there own selves, that its still possible they could have an actual "heart to heart" encounter and realize it as such.

Does this help??? noway  laugh flowerforyou
