today i was cross cutting a piece of 1/4 of an inch plywood on the table saw, and almost at the end it kicked back. It hit me really bad on my left leg.
does anybody have work related accidents to share?

ran a pallet jack up onto my foot with 3500 pnd pallet on it
tore of my toe nail and broke my big toe in three different places

I once had a paper cut and a few staples stuck to me and that's about it. On a side note last year some lady killed herself in the parking garage by setting herself on fire.

I worked at a few fast food places. I got burned on the side of a pizza oven. The manager didn't report it. I got burned twice at Burger King: one with a hot pan; the second with a hot oiled fryer basket. All burns are on my arms...two on right...one on left. All times were not my fault.

While topping trees, the wind blew the top back onto me and while getting out of the way of the falling tree top, the chainsaw cut into my left knee.

I barely can walk now

In the Military ...was in a Helicopter Crash...Broke my neck and cracked my sternum and femur....Is that considered work related?

Hahah if I were to name all of mine, we'd be here for awhile. The worst one I had was back in 2004. I was working at Quiznos Subs, and well I cut my thumb and ring finger on a meat slicer. My entire thumb nail was cut off as well as a some meat. A small cut happened on my ring finger. Had to be sent to outpatient er. My thumb wouldn't stop bleeding lol. Drs had to use this stuff called surgiseal and well, they had to change it every other day. I was out of work for almost two months because my hand was bandaged up and couldn't get it wet, use it or anything.

I sneezed and had to wipe off my computer screen

One time a loooong time ago I went to siphon kerosene out of a 55 gallon drum by sucking on a hose. Wasn't thinking at the time that a hose with a fairly large diameter would flow so much so fast and got ALOT into my stomach and lungs.

Anaother time was working on a car with it all the way up on a lift. Had to reach into it for something real quick and didn't feel like letting it down just to put it back up so I climbed up and reached in. I forgot it was in the air and walked right off of the lift. Broke my hand once I landed.

None really, small 6 bay garage , all cars!! but the american muscle cars are my thing, I have 4 cars myself, it's a sickness

OMG...

I was working as a bartendar/cook a few years back...
I was hurrying and dropped a basket of fries into the grease
a bit too fast. It splattered badly.
I was burnt on contact... the embarassing thing is it burnt
me in the chest and I had to go into the walkin cooler with some ice and apply it!

Needless to say I was the joke of the month around there
for awhile...
