My body runs damn near 99.5 to 99.7 all the time. I am 245 pds 6'0 pure muscle run like a Diesel. I work from 6:30 a.m to 5:00 P.M. Then work-out 5-6 days a week at night. Welding is what I am doing now. Finished my college degree in May of 2005 in Marketing and almost finished my Masters. Ok there guy. Muah
