I tried to mello her as you can see but it did not help. I don't know
if I want to be a mod as I am not sure I can be online enough to make do
the job right. I am already pretty bogged down with things to get my
business up and running here.

Personally I think Van is worng about only having 2 or 3 Mods because of
the reason you explained Kevin (Time). Anyone that you "want" to have
the job has too much going for them in their life to allow them to be
here for a long enough period of time to make a difference....

Personally when I start working again later this month (early next) I
will rarely be here .....(as everyone cheers)...

But if you made 7 or 8 Mods someone would be here (and more can be added
later via consensous of the existing Mods...to keep the Mods rolling as
Mods com and go)...
