Van and Mike are our two admins now I dont think he should limit the
mods that way I think that time on the forums should be something he
looks at though. If he was to appoint say 5-10 people as mods It would
be far better coverage.

I actually run a website mysticwarriorsofrage.com which has a furums in
it. We have well over 20 mods on the forums and it allows me as admin to
be able to do whtever I want in the background at anytime without fear
that the forums are going to pot.
