Everything seems fine
Dark thoughts seem to have gone
Working through many issues
Many more to get to
Writing daily
Talking weekly
Following the course
The therapist has set forth
Pills three times a day
Keeping the inner demons at bay
Smiling more
Crying less
Laughing more
Hurting less
My road to recovery
Long and bumpy
But worth the trip
Growing stronger every day
Fighting to see the way
Reaching out when I need to
No more hiding in the dark
Stepping from the shadows
Leaping from the mists
Looking forward to each day
Never wanting to miss a single second
Basking in my inner sunshine
Watching the glow come from within
Knowing its far from over
Its just begun
My time in the sun

That sunshine of yours lights up all our lives through your prose. Keep
