ill be typing and lil boxes pop up trying to search for a file or something else... then when i'm typing my curser goes somewhere else in a middle of a sentence i gotta erase it and go back to the end of what i was typing... if only i could put xp back in my computer i would!!! and its a newer vista just got my computer less than 2 weeks ago already dissapointed with it....

I don't like vista either. And when I had my HP it didn't interact well with it. On the dell its a little better. but VISTA SUCKS!

Sorry about that .From now when you buy something important go to yahoo answers and ask questions . Nice people will give you some honest opinions.Almost all the computers come with Alta Vista now (the worst what ever come out)This is a smart business because like this Microsoft make more money when you go to buy XP professional .

How many MB of Ram do you have. I hear it takes alot of RAM to even run Vista. Dennis

Redshirt has had Vista for awhile. He helped me try to figure Vista out.

I love it when you plug or unplug a headphone jack and they have a pop up saying "You just plugged a device into headphone jack".Really???Wow I am glad you told me that!I also love that you have to go through the security pop ups to do a disk defragmentation.One more brilliant thing I noticed from Microsoft is that when I number photographs from 0-whatever the computer doesn't reconize the number 0 and always moves it somewhere else.If you try to rename a row of highlighted photographs it not only moves them all over the place it renames them out of order.Windows Vista is a step back and reminds me of the Windows 95 days.

Windows Vista is another example of a product put on the market to early. I do not understand how come in the electronic industry we allow companies to come out with such programs that are really not ready with full of security holes and bugs.

In any other industries this would not be allowed imagine a new car that works like Vista it would be recalled on the second hour after its release or the company would be sued and go bankrupt.

Do you have a Laptop or a PC?

If it's a Laptop all you have to do is turn of tapping on your touchpad, and perhaps turn the sensitivity a bit down. I'm using a normal mouse on mine, and with the alterations on the touchpad I don't have this problem anymore.

lmao! I have always believed in windows, i know 95 and 98 were good, but then came ME...brilliant move! And so it was recovered by XP. That is my favorite, simple, reliable..but no, lets re visit Mellinium, lets make sure Java has to re align every freakin page, lets see if IE7 can keep up...

Why monk with a good thing? Or was the money just not enough? XP was and is brilliant...Vista is a farce, and soon passing. The internet world will not abide it for long, mark my words, microsoft will either build a new system, or they will lose.

My suggestion, is upgrading XP but that will not happen, instead of admitting a mistake(a bad one) We will move forward with vista...yes, the perfect solution....If you sense sarcasm, it was meant to be. Vista is without a doubt another ME and it will be listed as a failure.

This is my opinion only, but i have not heard one positive note about vista...not one.

I'm doing okay with Vista and I'm a computer dummy.

I'm doing fine, too, even though it took a bit of getting used to after xp.

They should have just called it windows 2008 and not modified the Shell too much. Srsly vista is fine I have been using it for a while now and I have encountered no problems at all.

Adapt or go to linux/mac. I recommend linux though because mac is an absolute piece of **** OS much worse than windows. I know a lot about using mac (I know some scripting, etc) but I still feel like a disabled ****** when i use mac. Sorry if I say anything messed up im drunk right now.
