Hmm, if I'm the bait, the fish aren't biting.

So, I'm thinking it's time to re-do/re-vamp my profile. Unfortunately, I'm clueless. I don't know what to add, what to leave out, et al. Are my pictures no good, or is it just the overall effect?

Any help is appreciated. :)

I think that your profile is nice I think you put alot of information on it which is good. But there is nothing on it truely about you. Ok so you read and you want to travel. Maybe you should include what you are looking for. Cut down a little bit instead of giving like complete descriptions maybe say well I love to read I read many genres of books. That way you can include more things about you.

I think your pictures are really cute.

You wrote your profile well. But....you tell a lot about things that you have done. Maybe tell about the kinds of things that you like to do right now.

The 2nd photos is not flattering to me, btw. I would add more photos too.

Hey if you see unread deleted don't be disappointed, some users (.01%) get 100 new emails a day if they have a great picture up. People like that don't have time to read your message even if they wanted to.

Okay, it's been a bit, but I've re-vamped some, and added new pics. Any new suggestions or advice?

I don't think this profile is doing you any favors.

For a strikeing brunette with pretty eyes not one of your photos don't look straight at the viewer and engage them with a smile. With black on black you don't show the shape you have, minimize your size and infact amplifys it while looseing your pretty hair; which you need to get out of your face unless you want to look like a belligerent pre-teen.

You might want to focus on the fact that people look for a person that they can be interactive with to date and develope a relationship with.

Talking about reading romance novels is not going to generate a conversation with the majority of men unless you plan to read them or play out the pornographic part. And while I am sure there are some young men who enjoy ballet, opera, and musical theater it is going to be a rather small percentage. Whining about your family enjoying you performing seems kind of snide.

While it is fine to want to travel to these exotic locations it sounds like you have no plan to cover the costs except for the same way you were able to travel as a child. For the majority of men in there early twenties the potential of being able to fund world travel is slim and none. You will be lucky if a peer has a $100-200 a month for his ENTIRE social life.

If you are a college student you have a vast variety of things you could be enjoying on campus as well as out in the community. You need to mention your favorites.

If you want a relationship with a man you might want to talk about what that means to you?

It's fine, from reading it I take it that you like to explore different cultures, love to read and have a passion for singing. You may want to put some more pictures up, but it looks good.

GOOD LUCK

Thanks for the suggestions, I've updated again. This seems to be an ongoing trend, but any more advice?

I've got some suggestions to add more specific things, but also see people criticized for overly long profiles. How long is too long (in general)?
