I think you are straining out the gnat and swallowing the camel. There are more important things than this in relationships. IMO you are sweating the small stuff.

And while you're at it girls, please stop leaving "personal" items in my bathroom when you come over for a "visit" just so you can have an excuse to stop over and "visit" again.

Hahahahaha!!!!!!!!!! You can remember that long ago??????? surprised

 laugh

Yeah, and if you don't come and pick them up soon I'm throwing em in the dust bin.

Let her borrow something for protection, until he could buy herself one,her apartment complex had been having a lot of break-ins I know as a fact that she had bought herself a new one and was still keeping mine, and anytime I loan an item I always ask when said item will be returned,I think also if one gives their word one should keep it that goes for men and woman.

A girl can't have too many firearms on hand...

Or carry enough ammo for those who are real insistent.

I was thinking of having them bronzed and adding them to the shrine.

Ok I have one more grip, I think this has been the case with a lot of men, when a woman borrows something of the mans and either never returns it or keeps the borrowed item for an extended length of time, this has recently occurred with a female friend of mine, I finally had the item returned to me after almost 3 weeks, this has also occurred with woman I had been in long term relationships with.

I don't feel that just because a person is in a committed relationship that it gives them a right to keep something they have borrowed, even in a marriage you should respect each others personal items.

It seems like woman have this sense of ownership towards a man and entitlement, we may only be men but we also deserve some respect, this should apply to anyone when borrowing, if you borrow something return it in a timely manner.

don't sweat the small stuff. life is too short to get that worked up over a little item .. i know it's just good manners to return things that have been borrowed .. but it's not that big of deal .. press on .. next item of buisness..bigsmile bigsmile

Is this honestly being posed as a man vs. woman question?

Hell, if I had to make a list of things I've borrowed to my buddies and it took months to get back - still haven't gotten some things back - the list would be endless.

Maybe they only see me as a "man" and don't respect me? ohwell

laugh

come on dude - don't be so bitter. you can think of better complaints than this I would hope or you really don't have it that bad with women!

I learned a while ago to never let anybody borrow anything important to me. That way, if I never get it back, it's not a big deal.
