It depends on the depth. The real questions is, can the deepest love overcome the strongest anger? Hard to say.

I would have to say anger. Humans are attracted to negative emotions, even though we all want the postive ones more.Think about an Ex of yours, now was it a good loving thought or one that was negatvie? We always seem to remember more about how someone did us wrong then any of the good they did.

Wow

that's a hard one!!!

Anger can turn to violence

but then again

there have been crimes of passion

love can be a strong emotion

can change a person for the worse

this is a hard one....

I use to think it was love for everyone....for me it is, for most anger and hatred over powers their love.

Is love really an emotion?

No, I'm serious. I'm not really convinced it is, it can't really be classified as a feeling, thought, or behaviour. Love is sporadic and random at best, it doesn't occur in everyone and it surely isn't natural. I guess it is debatable.

Well, I love my turtle, so whatever. It's real enough for me.

I'm not saying it isn't real, I'm just saying it can't really be classified as an emotion...or is debatable at best.

Hmmmm, but it's a feeling I feel. So that makes it an emotion, right?

But it doesn't occur naturally, it is a learned trait. We don't know love unless we are taught it, love is an acquired trait.

Matter of opinion I guess, but I don't personally think love is an emotion.

No, hate is a learned trait as well. Anger is natural, but it doesn't turn into hate until someone is taught to hate something for a specific reason.

How about lust?

Joy, trust, fear, surprise, sadness, disgust, anger, and anticipation are all emotions as they are natural. When you are born and as an infant you know all of these, love, lust, hate, etc. all come from what we are taught. We are not born and automatically feel love or hate, or even lust. Like I said, it is debatable.
