I've never heard of the formula but I typically date 28-30 year olds. Works for me!

I've been realizing lately that I prefer men who are a bit younger. So, half + 7 would be 23 and that's about the youngest I'd go. That's too young for anything serious, though.

No i think you have it backwards it's only for men and you take your age then subtract by 7 and that's your mental capability. Im kidding.. HA no youre not, you wouldnt say it if it wasnt true, you are so funny, when i look for dates i usually add 7 years just to make sure they can keep up with the conversation level. Then I even add another five years to that if needed, and trust me, it's needed. It's right about the age when the hair starts dissipating off their head, go figure. welcome to mature dating.

My boyfriend and I were talking about this the other day. He is 48 and myself 29. We looked over the 2 years. Said as long as I was not younger then his daughter. Who cares about age. As long as the two people are happy.

I actually prefer older gentlemen, they seem more mature. We all have an 'inner child', but immaturity is not very attractive to me. And by the way...I AM NOT A COUGAR! lol I have friends who tease me about that statement.
