there's a hotel in my hometown.
people say it's haunted.
supposably on two separate occasions people who stayed there claimed to have seen a family.
and a few days later they both died.

There's an abadon school by where I live me and my friends heard allot of rumors about ghost and dark spirtits so 5 years ago we went to check it out....Everything was abandon deserted but once we got to the top floor we saw crows head not that old!!! they were ripped out from their bodies!! They were all set in a order and my friend jimmy grabbed a stick and saw that all the heads made the star with a circle ...we all left but that night was one of the weirdest nights that I ever slept..

I once read this story that there was a la party going on around 2 am by a cementary. A guy was trying to convince some other guys to go over there and touch a tombstone. All of them were to scared to do the job. A woman over heard the conversation and chuckled then she voluntered. All of the guys were shocked! So one of the guys said (ok but so we know that you were there you are going to have to nail a red scarf on the tombstone you touched. She smiled and said "no problem" once was at the tombstone her body started to chill and she began to slowly sink in the horrifying enviroment. She imidiatly grabed the scarf and started to nail it as fast as she could. Then she ran with all of her might only to find out that something was holding her back! She screamed for help but no one could hear her.......In the moarining she was found dead right next to the tombstone from a heart attack....she had nailed part of her bottom dress in the tombstone right next to the scarf without realzing it...

There are a couple places here in St.Thomas.

The Playhouse.

The St.Thomas Church & Cemetary.
There's witches grave and it is the only tombstone that was white but turned black. It is one large tombstome with 4 posts around it. This was so no one would go beyond those posts and if they did it is said that you will be cursed. The posts are also said to be there to prevent the ground from sinking. The lady Maria Ermatinger died after 11 days after giving birth due to an infection. It is also believed if you stand in front of her tombstone at mignight on a full moon that your soul will be sucked out of your body. It is also believed that her grave bursts into flames every Halloween.

Alma College. It was an all girl's private school. It was going to be restored but on May 29th, 2008 some punk *** teenagers burned it down. I don't know the story behind it. But I know a lot of teenagers would go in after dark and claimed they heard ghosts.

"There is a crybaby bridge 10 minutes from my house and it's said that if you bring an extra set of keys, park on the bridge, turn your car off, lock the doors and walk away with the keys just sitting inside when you come back the car will be covered in dust with little footprints all over it and the car will be running, but still locked."

It truly is! The only place near me that is supposedly haunted is the Queen Mary,,,,I don`t imagine that I`ll see a ghost during a tour sad2

Thanks for all the stories, everyone!

One of my favorite bars in Annapolis called the Sly Fox is attached to the Reynolds Tavern. The whole building is supposed to be haunted with Mary Reynolds who was the owner long ago. She supposedly keeps the waiters in line and makes them correct their mistakes, such as setting silverware out in the wrong way, by clearing it all off so they have to start again. They said she catches employees who are stealing from the restaurant by breaking their bags as they're leaving, showing whatever they've tried to steal.

one night at our vacation home we go to every thanksgiving, my dad and my brother n law both said who is that, (at the very same time) they said they just saw a little girl standing in the doorway of the master bedroom which faces the main living room. It was crazy! the fact they both saw her and said that together was weird. And some guy apparently tried to kill his wife there before, also the property we own lies on a lot of indian burial ground. We get a lot of action up there. LOL.

well my brother's mother-in-law works in the laundry room of the Crescent and she has told me about seeing the doctor walk through the laundry room.she has also told me while running water into the sink, she has seen the water turn blood red.

i have a friend that does computer work for the Crescent and he says the doctor has been seen in the lobby talking with the guests.the guest will then go to the desk and ask "who is that friendly guy that was in the lobby?" the someone at the desk will tell them "well,he's been dead for 60 years".they say if you can get him talk talk about the weather,he will talk for as long as the person stands there
