need some advice on how to handle someone who constantly has some derogatory remark to say about me. either to my face, online, or to my family or friends. i dont know what else to do and its getting very painful to handle.

I know it's really hard to do but you have to ignore them. If they know it bothers you then they will continue doing it. If they think you don't care they will give up and move on.

You know it's an old stale saying, but they are probably just jealous, they are so boring they have to invest all their time talking about you guys instead, Its the same reason I watch the real housewives shows, I get to be jealous and talk trash at the same time. Sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never HURT me. whoever made that up was obviously the dumbest person ever because physical abuse heals, its the mental(verbal) abuse that gets trapped inside our heads for some reason. Post an anouncement on your facebook page telling every one about your stalker post a pic if you have one....then confront the coward...preferable in public, and ask him point blank....he will shrivel up and blow away....stalkers get off on cowardly behavior. They like to think they are intimidating you. the last thing thay can handle is confrontation or things being brought into the open. good luck getting rid of the nasty wanker
