Nobody seems to have an answer for this. I really want to know. It's about public bathrooms.
Why would somebody wipe their rear end with toilet paper, then throw the ****-covered toilet paper on the floor instead of flushing it down the toilet? Part of my little Park host job is to keep the johns stocked, and I see a lot of this. |

I would assume its because they are filthy little sh*ts and have no thought or respect for things, especially public bathrooms. Unfortunately a growing nature in society that is ruining the morals and traditions of considerate, well mannered people. But thanks to people like yourself, it's nice and clean for the rest of us when we need to use the bathroom ourselves. |

because people are stupid.
and this is why I don't use public restrooms. even if it means getting a bladder infection. |

they could very well be a foreigner. a lot of other countries can not get used to the fact that we present water pressure in america..

here are some excuses, hope they help (note: it wasn't me)
some paper is not good for septic tanks after checking the used side for any abnormalities, it takes too much effort to put it into the toilet meant to toss in the trash, but no can was provided meant to take sample to doctor and just forgot to bring it just plain lazy |

I remember going into a public bathroom at a movie theater and there was brown smeared all over the wall and mirror.
If they didn't like the movie, they could have just told the manager. |

More diversion. I have a friend that used to work as a janitor in a high school. I mentioned this to him and he said that he had seen much worse. Kids smearing **** on the wall. He quit his job. Really hard to figure.

i know that mexicans don't flush toilet paper, they throw it in the trash... never found out why...

You have noooooooo idea. If the worst you have to deal with is the occasional crap rag (Freaks do it here too)...Drunks mainly.... You got luck...I got horror stories that would give you VD. :) |

I actually came across that a lot when I worked with special needs kids..I asked a neuro development specialist about it..it has to do with sensory..they can't process smell information and to them they think its playdough
Its disgusting but all that can be done is to clean up the mess and the child until they are mentally mature enough to understand and if they reach that stage at all |
