Well while I don;'t have kids, I to help raise alot of the kids in my family.

I'd say the hardest part was explaining to my 16 year old cousin that her boyfriend was a druggy...

I don;t remeber being that loud as a teenager...

The hardest thing I have done as a parent was tell the kids I didn't love their dad anymore and that he would be moving out.

the hardest? that moment when the doctor tells you that something isn't quite right...and then the myriad of tests that take years.

I think the hardest time for me as a parent would be trying to explain to my children that their mommy is sick (severe mental health issues) and that I can not let them seeor talk to her because she is so sick. Thankfully I have been able to let them talk and see for the past 8 months but it might well become an issue again as her doctor is talking about making her a ward of the state. And if he does, then it i s better tan even odds that they will not see her again as they can not go into a home that has the potential for violence like that.

I think so far the hardest moment was when my mom told my boys I had cancer. I was to upset to tell them. Gosh there has been lots of hard times though...I guess its been rough the last few years with all the health issues.
I have been blessed to get over the cancer and now I just wish they could find out why I have 26 migrains a month!! But I truly believe that someone has it worse so I won't complain..I am thankful that my life is as good as it is!! flowerforyou

Knock wood, I have not had to tell my Monster anything really bad compared to others. Telling him that Pop-pop went to heaven, but he was too little to get it.

The hardest thing he had to deal with was seeing me get cut out of a car after a really horrific car accident.

When my daughter came out gray and no one had prepared me for that. I had missed the birth of my son and by the time I saw him he was red. Watching the nurse put a secone needle in my daughter's backbone when she was a baby because they thought she had spinal meningitis. Taking her to Walmarts when she was eight and wanted everything in the store.

One of my hardest parenting moments was having my daughter locked on the psych ward at Children's Hospital in Seattle at 11 years old after she had attempted an overdose. (Had to do it again the next year for a faked attempt.) They kept her 4 weeks each time. Two years later put her through drug and alcohol rehab. She was diagnosed as borderline personality disorder. Her teen years were a roller coaster.
