How did we go from sexy poetry to prostitution? I wasn't gonna take the money, I just figured I'd take down the phone number of the highest bidder so as not to hurt his feelings. I mean he'd be hurt if he went for less than $500 BTW he's an engineer who worked on Reagan's Star Wars and reads constantly and could write you poetry. |

"Saturday Night"
Wet and cold , we stayed in.. A movie, pizza, tonic and gin… Awaiting delivery, we sipped our drinks… Talked of the trip we planned to take… You picked out a movie, action of course… I put on my PJ's and locked the back door… The drinks went down easy, we started round two… You built a fire, flames burning blue… A knock at the door, the pizza arrived… Gin happy and giggling, I tipped him a five… Start the movie, I'll freshen our drinks… Spread out the quilt by the fireplace… Tipsily tipsy I returned with the gin… Sat down beside you, let the party begin… I opened the box and gave you a slice… Took one for myself, the head buzz felt nice… Biting into the pep and cheese… Sauce on my lip seemed you to please… You leaned over me your eyes a glaze… Cool blue diamonds at which I gaze… Sexy man who made you so… And now your mine, mine to know… Your kiss when it came made me sway… Slowly you licked the sauce away… The light from the fire casting a glow… Purple gin haze, urgings grow… The mellow night turning raw… Desire fanned, lust befall… Sweet lovers love on grandma's quilt… Forgotten pizza, memories built...  |

It's good the dog
doesn't know how to talk. The things that happen in my living room. Curtains drawn Shutters closed. Ripping off our clothes and straddling him on the couch at noon. I wonder what the neighbors think of my muffled screaming. I'm sure they know my boyfriend's name. They've heard me yell it through the ceiling. |
