this happened to me, my ex got her pregnant and yes they are getting married, managed to have 2 babies in under a year, congrats.

Like most said say bye bye.... Return everything that you can ......sell the ring get the money go on a vacation somewhere good....celebrate you found out before the wedding instead of after....

Bare minimum...I am guessing a woman decided to get married in under 9 months or less from meeting a guy........ That is moving pretty damned quick. When you are moving fast...there is no room for error. Next time...take your time. He ain't he only guy in the world. If you go through with it...you know already you are stepping into a minimum of 20 years of drama. I would walk away.

or, you could all just move in together (kidding) it would depend on the circumstances but I'm inclined to say she trapped him - and it is his penance to spend the rest of his life with a woman who would do something like that he's no prize either if he can't prevent pregnancy and be faithful they deserve each other?
