I understand what msharmony is saying in the OP. She isn't agreeing with the racist undertone of the linked-to article, just with the defense of Rachel Jeantel. Fact. Ghetto-rat is a known liar. Fact. The only thing that can be proven is she had a conversation with dead thug Fact. Content of said conversation cannot be called fact unless, said conversation was recorded. Does a recording exist? I won't be surprised to hear ghetto-rat lies again. Any bets? BTW Link was overtly racist. FACT: privileged thugh is a known liar (Claiming he wasnt following after being heard breathing heavy,,lol) FACT: The only thing proven is that privileged thug followed the deceased , a scuffle incurred with the deceased unarmed and the privileged thug armed with a gun,, the privileged thug got hit by fists, the deceased got shot dead with a gun FACT: Because we have no FACTS in terms of physical evidence of WHAT happened prior to the scuffle, doesnt mean we dont have enough REASONABLE suspicion and CONSEQUENTIAL evidence to make a decision as to whether this was a criminal homicide or justifiable one I wont be surprised to hear bigots continuing to cheer at the thought that the deceased friend may have been 'destroyed', or somehow caught in some perjured testimony because the lawyers cant seem to hear her correctly,,,, |
