Hi, is there a problem with the site today ? I can access with my phone, but every time I try with my computer, I am told that it is temporarily unavailable on a page called 'dotster'.

Had the same problem for quite a few hours today,yet was told by some Sites that the Site(MINGLE) was up,and the problem was regional! |

I got the same thing, still. Then I deleted everything after the .com/ and now I'm on the forum? Reading my mail doesn't seem to work though, then I get the Dotster thing again. Maybe on my phone ...

While I am not experiencing any of the above, another Moderator is, and the site is VERY slow. |

Not sure site is still a bit sluggish for me. I did go delete all the cookies for this site rebooted and was able to get back to all the forums again.

I got back in by using a Link to a Mingle-Thread in my Browser's HISTORY!
Go figure!  I did dump the Cache,but that didn't work! |

There was indeed an issue with the full site earlier today. We apologize for the trouble and it should be smooth sailing now, but let us know if you are still noticing any slowness.

Still having the same problem,but i am now on the site by using the log in from google.Strangely though,i now have the site layout that i get on my phone.If i try any other way,i still get dotster.It has been like this for 8 hours now,very frustrating...

I am having the same problem.
When I click on the link provided to see an email someone sent me, I am redirected to dotster.com. When I click on the Mingle2.com link from a Google search, I get to my profile home page, where I can check messages. However, once I click to read emails, then I am again redirected to dotster.com. I can see who has looked at my profile, but cannot access emails. Is there something I should do to fix this on my end? I am using a PC. |

Try emptying your cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache) and, if that doesn't work, you'll want to delete your MIngle2 cookies (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cookies). After deleting your cookies, you will have to log in again.

Using Mac OS X...Could not enter site...Emptied cache and was able to enter site.....Everything was working but email....Deleted cookies and was able to access email....
 Oh yeah, site is running 'very' fast now....

Well, looks like I gotta do that too then. Annoying, cos then you;ll lose all your passwords. Not even sure I remember mine from this site.
Some forums are accessible now, others aren't .. I'll give it a try tomorrow. |
