Many years ago, late one sleepless night, I turned on the T.V. and not knowing what to expect... Suddenly, there was this imbecile mid-drift into his shtick. rant <---As you could imagine, at first I was elated! Yes, at long-last a news broadcast that was worth of my attention. This star-spangled news-set had all the truthiness, wit, grit, and twit that all serious minded sober thinkers, like myself, demand.

(*This Called For A Drink!)

The countless nights that followed of watching this top-notch reporter made me realize that this guy obviously had as strict a Catholic up-bringing, as I had.

slaphead <----(*See...? The Sheihk is starting to cry and is covering his face)

Too many years of Catechism and serving as an Altar-boy myself, made me recognize Stephan was as messed-up as I was.

(*He was the guy who got the priest drunk after the wedding, too!)

It didn't take me long to notice Jon Stewart's Daily Show was on just previous to the Colbert Report and I realized they complimented each other. How often I've entertained the thought of rubbing elbows with them both. Just think, a Jewish guy, a Catholic guy, and a Muslim... What could possibly go wrong?

(*Worst Hunukmasdam Special Ever?)

Alas, it probably will never be, but it does beckon the question... What will Stephan Colbert do now? His wife says, 'His character has gotta stay on set!'

(*She wont let him bring it home)

So, I want to hear from all the Colbert Nation. Be it resolved: Stephan Colbert, jump-the-queue of Pontifex Bishops or Cardinals to sit-in on the next conclave in the Vatican. Come-On Mingle Members...! Is it Yahweh or the Highway for Pontiff Stefano Goofus Colberto The First?

(*And They'll Probably Never Be A Second)

The Pope's or Bishop's hat is called a 'Miter.'
I think Stephan would look very sublime in one! (Pointy Ears And Pointy Hat)
He can be carried around in a sedan-chair just like the Popes of old.
No need for bulletproof-glass like on the Pope-Mobile... Who'd ever want to shoot him?

Let's face it... He too well loved by Everybody! smile2

He could go the route of many famous tv skit comedians(SNL CREW MEMBERS) and do movies or television

Im not sure of his acting chops so I don't know how he would do,,

or he could exit while he is on top and remain a legend,,lol

Well Msharmony, we're going to need a Cameo appearance on something soon.

(At Least, I Hope)
