.. do you live on a budget.? . and how do you stick within your budget.? .. with the price of oil dropping dramatically.. I fear a recession is on the way.. perhaps a global recession.. .. so I'm saying goodbye to my free spending ways..... ... do you have any budgeting tips or ideas.... ... besides cut back on the Kleenex..lol

Wholesale? Supplier's discount? .... like the big box stores like Costco..?... I find when I shop at the discount store.. I generally spend more than I intended to... .. although a one gallon.. jar of mustard.. at six dollars seems like a great idea..lol... it just takes up too much room in my fridge....

The physical act of taking out your money in the process of shopping makes you think harder about whether you need it. Proven fact. yes using cash seems to work... it forces you to add up your purchases...... I realize it comes down to will power.. discipline..... .. its just so hard to say no.. .. and there's something about not letting yourself buy.. what you want.. .. this inner voice that says.. come on you work hard you deserve it..... .. but if you can resist listening to that inner voice... you can start to save a lot of money..... for instance I was buying.. .. 6 sports drinks a weak at a dollar 50 a piece... that's $9:00.. a week times 4.... that's 36 bucks a month.. just for.. a sport drink.. .. water is cheap.. and you can add flavor into it.... so goodbye sports drink's.. .

but you make a good point.tam.. if you could perform vehicle maintenance yourself.. you can save big time.... .. and oil changes are not that complicated... you can generally find your type of car on YouTube.. and see somebody demonstrating an oil change on your particular vehicle... that is if you have not cut out your internet budget...lol... which is not cheap.... not to mention power heat.. your fixed.. cost... although wearing a sweater and turning off lights in the rooms that you are not using helps.. ..

Tee hee...I am the queen of budgeting.. ...one of my many talents. .lol...when ever my kids or friends fall behind I draw them up a budget and if they stick to it they can stay on top of the bills and still have a little for themselves...my worst problem with money is after I pay my bills I wind up giving the rest to everyone else.. ..hmmm...maybe I should budget giving money into my budget and I to could have a little cash for me..

Tee hee...I am the queen of budgeting.. ...one of my many talents. .lol...when ever my kids or friends fall behind I draw them up a budget and if they stick to it they can stay on top of the bills and still have a little for themselves...my worst problem with money is after I pay my bills I wind up giving the rest to everyone else.. ..hmmm...maybe I should budget giving money into my budget and I to could have a little cash for me.. .. yes you have to remember to look after yourself first.. .. budget for a rainy day.. your savings is not a disposable income.. ..or a piggy bank for your friends and family... you are just too generous and caring.. which is good.!.. but you need to look after you first.... remember.. I think we had this conversation....lol..hi.u.. .

OPEC dropped the price of crude oil to discourage oil drilling in the US . We have a LOT more in the ground than they do .

yeah we have more in the ground.. but they only pull it out when they can get top dollar for.. and I've already been hearing rumors in the wind.. of large corporate layoffs..... so squeeze those dollars.. .. turn a nickel into a dime..

tam.. do you know how much it cost to keep a man... are you sure you can afford it..lol. because I may be getting cheap.. but I definitely am not cheap..lmao ... you like going off roading.. Me too..
