Ummmm I lived what is called "bush lifestyle" No electricity, running water, 28 miles off the road system. I didn't give up clothes, hair products, make up, lingerie...or shoes..

I guess I would be an epic fail not taking my lingerie or shoes away from this girl

Up here a lot of us do live quite close to the land. We hunt and fish for our winter meats...We can and freeze a lot of the stuff we will need through the winter...

So maybe not quite an epic fail...

OH gawd yes I am not doing with out my lotions...

Mmm...no... I was asked this question before... Living in the tropics...plus global warming... I would not voluntarily choose to live without some form of air conditioning , refrigeration and bathroom amenities...at least!

lived in the country for 10 years but not off the grid
grew my own garden, canned and froze veggies
would get a half a cow each year for freezer plus venison when my boys went hunting
made my own jam, my own bread
burned firewood for heat in winter
not as ideal as ya might think sometimes
also had to deal with coyotes eating our cats
a driveway that liked to wash out and the dirt road turning to sheet of ice
lots of bugs that liked to get in the house

did I give up a lot of girly things to live out there? ya I suppose I did.
not my bra..woman you crazy noway

I had that choice to make once... not to live 100% completely off the grid, but pretty close to it.
I thought about it long and hard and decided I couldn't. It would have meant I wouldn't be able to see my family anymore as 'self-sufficient' means no money to fly back to Europe. I think the life-style would've made me happy, up to a point. You simply cannot deny your own roots.

With the New World Order coming due to the looting and rioting, we may not have a choice but to live off the grid. That is, if you survive or don't get enslaved. I can do anything. I have traveled all over the world and visited all 7 continents (yes there are 7). I have stayed in hotels, woods, parks, all kinds of places. It's all mind over matter. I'm not saying it's pleasant but I can do it. It's great to be self-sufficient and not rely on the grid. Many peope will vanish because they have no survival skills. They have become too dependent on the matrix.

I summarily and categorically deny,
having ever "disappeared" off the grid.
