mum brought spinach and sunchokes i cooked spicy red lentil soup and i had buns that i baked this evening i am eating non-stop.

i am preparing a salad with bulgur wheat lots of finely chopped greens in it. tomato paste, fresh tomatoes, mint, cummin, chilli, chopped onion and spring onions too. village made olive oil and lemon juice.

DEFINITELY without a doubt Manicotti stuffed with Italian sweet sausage, ricotta, mozzarella, & two secret ingredients I'll take to my grave..... Salad & fresh baked french bread. Maybe a little bruschetta for appetizer.

Last night was honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar glazed pork chops with steamed asparagus and mini sweet peppers.
