Yes, in dating, most people like their life the way it is. I mostly meet guys in their 60's and they are set in their ways. I don't want that. As I get older, I get used to being alone. I'm trying to find someone my age that I'm compatible with.

It's easy to just please yourself, not having to check in with someone is quite liberating, but then you get the clarity of not needing someone more choosing to have someone in your life, you don't have to live together although that's nice too My friend has a great relationship they each have separate homes but care for each other and support each other in every way, being indipendent seems to keep the spark desire there.

Totally Disagree! Actually Anti-Social Personality Types["Loners, Introverts, Hermits, & Recluses, Ect.] would be far more apt to post in an impersonal forum/group environment than meet-up/converse on a one-on-one, up-close, in-your-face encounter of the personal kind. Many anti-social personality types actually do like to talk but only on their own terms & conditions.:laughing:
