Has anyone else had someone viewing their profile several times a day. It feels like stalking and I'm totally creeped out. Is there a way to block a specific user from viewing your profile anymore?

The point of profiles is to be viewed.

On an international site it will be viewed daily.

Do you mean one user is checking out your profile over and over again?

Email the person and then block them...

Or remove your picture thus less views...

Or deactivate...

Or consider it as a compliment and move on...

Or... Hmm...

My idea of flirting online was to view a profile that got my attention, about three times in 15 mts..hoping that would get them to believe, I was really really interested ...but they never got the hint, and started complaining in the forums of having a stalker or a secret admirer...So, had to change strategy...forget about searching and just be here for the Forums...its working great, so far...

When stalki...er, viewing the forums, and seeing someone youre interested in, always log out, lurk, THEN click their profile to avoid the "viewed me" aspect. . .

....oops, did I say that out loud? laugh

Yes, this one person views it many times a day and has been for a couple of weeks. I can understand anyone looking at a profile a few times over a period of time, but this feels more like stalker behaviour.

Maybe the guy really likes you and he is hoping you make that essential first move. He maybe is, the strong but silent type.
Take a chance, if you like what you see only...u never know...you could always block him/her is you do wish to engage any longer..just saying..

That's a bit unusual, but hardly a crime. Maybe he just likes the way you look in your pictures, but doesn't have the courage to make contact with you. Have you looked at his profile yet? Are there any red flags? Until he emails you, there's not much you can do about the repeated views. You can only block someone once they have emailed you or, as mentioned above, you can email them first.

It could be a few things.
It could be that he is just attracted to you and wants to keep looking at your profile, he could be clicking on you by mistake, it's easy done, especially if browsing on a phone.
If you're concerned, maybe drop him a friendly line just saying something along the lines of "you keep viewing my profile, is there anything i can help with"

Boo

Don't let me scare you but it sounds like something out of criminal minds laugh

Seriously, I wouldn't worry about it, he might like you and is hoping you will send him a message, not my idea of getting a message, but each to their own.

Having said that, if it was happening to me I would think it a bit creepy
