First- Would LOVE To Travel - Remote & historical villiages in UK, Scotland, Spain, Ireland, Germany,-even Romania:
 * But-To live in a place? I used to spend a lot of time in Woodstock, Upstate New York & totally enjoyed the people & the landscape.

I have lived in a lot of places and travelled to many more. I think my favorite place was in Tokushima, Japan on Shikoku Island.
That has a lot to do with the people I was with and those I met. I left too early. |

I've been all over the world, but the place I like the most.. the place I would like to call home ( when I retire) is the finger lake region of upstate N.Y In the fall, it is spectacular. Just give me a little town.. a old Ford pick up truck and a modest home.. that's all I would need. Sounds like a great plan and a wonderful area along with the old ford truck. Lots of luck to you. |

If you could choose to live anywhere in the world and have the means to enjoy life in the way you would like.....WHERE WOULD IT BE?   There's no other place that I would want to live than in my own homeland Philippines, with a tropical climate, beautiful islands to visit and have fun, hospitable people and mostly family oriented. I do dream to visit other places and learn about different cultures yet i would still return to the place where I grow up feel comfortable. Been there many times and agree. My favorite city is Davao Davao is a great place, very clean. I've been there also during our company's Annual Conference at Waterfront Hotel and Pearl Farm Beach Resort   Been around places here in the Philippines , Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao but still there are lots of beautiful and amazing places here that I haven't visited and would really love to see. Someday I wanna see Greece and Spain

Someday I wanna see Greece and Spain Oh, Cebu ...I remember attending a convention there and we ate at the SUTUKIL Sea Food Market Restaurant, we all enjoyed the food there like it was our last day to eat before A SHOOT TO KILL death march the love boat dinner and ride was amazing like you were in Titanic too bad it wasn't a date but a work colleagues dinner  Angeles Pampanga is nice too and the nearby towns like Zambales which has good beaches/resorts and nearby islands where I have visited. I live in the heart of Manila and the everyday heavy traffic is a problem but lots of good restaurants, bars and malls you can go to but most of all hospitable people, but beware of the bad people too, they are everywhere  Mindanao? It's a beautiful place just a bit scary....  but soon it will be okay with our new President , hope he will bring peace and order there I have been to Zamboanga and had enjoyed my stay there but I was glad to leave before the crisis happened, the bombing and shooting was horrifying. It's good to know you have been to some good places here in the Philippines. I hope you had a great time and would still want to visit again other places here in the future
