When I first heard of "rough sex", it was more of an underground movement , celebrated by part of the gay community and the entire sex industry. But it seems like slapping, choking, spitting on each other etc ,has become quite normal in everyday sexual practices. Has sex become too rough in your opinion? Do you feel pressured to learn more "rough" tricks to be more desirable in bed ? Do the guys feel nervous about accusations of abuse/violence when raising the issue of rough sex with new lovers? I remember when "rough Sex" involved a bit well placed nips and scratches.. Honestly people have to set the bar higher and higher so what was disgusting a decade or so ago is now the new thing. My sex life isn't too rough and it is not going to either... I am not a guy but I can tell your from my point of view there would be no discussion... I would just give the a thousand mile stare and say... Wish I could say it was nice knowing you." Heck I dont' mind owning I may be a pervert at times but I will be damned of being kinky.. the old definition... Perverted = feathers Kinky= the whole damn bird[ Good thing History revolves... The bar is definitely getting higher Sitka. And it makes me wonder if the people who urgently desire it, will quietly sneak outside of their relationships to get it.  Sneak outside to get it??that equals infidelity. Are advocating for infidelity?? No love in all of it. Just self gratifications.

It will always be wrong in my eyes. This is a discussion about something very real and common whether people approve of it or not. And it can have a very strong impact on relationships if one person is into it and the other is not. I would say that the respectful thing to do in a scenario like that would be to part ways. But some people may choose to stay in the relationship but secretly go outside of the relationship to get those particular needs met. It is a dishonest and dishonorable thing to do, but sadly, the world is filled with some people who will make that choice
