I absolutely believe the article. You didn't address the content. I doubt you even read it. The rest of your comments are presumptions in ignorance. "AOL" in the link is irrelevant. Just concede you hate Bush and the article has merit.

dude, i read it. i could hardly contain the laughter it inspired.

i do hate bush, i never said anything but. but i'd sooner concede that my skin is black before i agreed to that article having merit

At this point I’m just tired. If there were at least some factual basis to the claims made by this crazed Bush hater I might enjoy the debate, but when if an argument is based on lies, ignorance and willful distortion…there is no debate.

I just hate to see the country being lead by the same people that attacked the World Trade Centers. Oh but he did join a Church of Christ to improve his popularity rating.

What's you're point, that Obama
is really Muslim and extremist
Muslims attached the World Trade Center?

your information from the wrong sources. noway noway noway

Well, I like Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich, but it does not look like that is going to happen, So ,if that is the case,Then I hope the Dems win big and that Obama is the one that wins. I don't think Obama had any part in the Trade Towers incident, do you? Now ,if Hillary wins, I feel sorry for what will happen to us all when she decides to collect up your hunting rifles. And take away your only protection for you and your family. I don't think she has a clue about us common people, she thought 75,000 was low pay, how about us that make 10,000 or less? Do you think she really knows or even cares?

It seems to me that when the Dems are in there the economy is a little better for common little people but they also like to add lots more govt and try to take your hunting rifles away, So then the people vote Republican because the republicans promise not to take your guns away, so then the Republicans put the Patriot act on us and tighten up on the dictatorship, so then the Democrats promise to help out on the economy, so the people put them back in there, and then they start tightening the grip on your hunting rifle again. It is a vicious circle , I now think they are both the same bunch of crooks playing ,good cop, and bad cop against us ,when they are both on the same side (both want the New World Order). But it is time for them to forget the New World Order, The Israelites already lost that Hope but just have not admitted it openly yet. I guess they want Russia to confirm it yet that Israel LOST.(NEW WORLD ORDER)So go ahead and put Obama in as President because he more closely represents WE THE PEOPLE. (except for Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinnich) I hope that Obama would use Kucinnich and Ron Paul in his cabinet somewhere. And help us get our Republic back! Remember the flag stands for this Republic(Rule of Law)!the united States IN America!!!

I wish John Edwards could
gain some ground, but it
looks like either Hillary
or Barack.

I think John Edwards would
fight more for the middle-class
and working poor than the other
two candidates.

"It's the economy stupid." Bill Cliton said of his presidential rival George Bush in 1992. Cliton won in a landslide that year. 16 years later, in a similar situation, Democrats are bound to win in landslide as well.

Democrats will have to undo any damage done by fiscally stupid Republicans in monitoring the house mortage sector, skyrocking oil prices, the falling dollar, and lower industrial production.

Take a look at the current stock exchange in this article.

The unemployment rate jumps to 5%, with a payroll increase that's the weakest since August 2003. Nasdaq tumbles after an Intel downgrade. Wendy's sales decline.

The Labor Department reported this morning that nonfarm payrolls rose by a mere 18,000 in December 2007, far fewer than economists had expected. It was the weakest month-to-month change since August 2003.

Stocks slumped on the grim report, pulled back from earlier lows after the Federal Reserve announced that it will conduct two $30 billion credit auctions later this month and then continued to fall. At 12:45 p.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell below 13,000, down 183 points, or 1.4%, to 12,873.

The Nasdaq Composite Index plunged 68 points, or 2.6%, to 2,534, partly on a downgrade of tech bellwether Intel (INTC, news, msgs). The Standard & Poor's 500 Index had lost 24 points, or 1.6%, to 1,423. Light, sweet crude oil pulled back from the $100 level this morning, after crossing it for a second time on Thursday. Oil was down $1.11 to $98.07 a barrel.

The consensus estimate was for a gain of 58,000 jobs last month, although analysts' estimates had ranged broadly, with some reaching as high as 85,000 new jobs.

Nonfarm payrolls were revised upward to a gain of 115,000 in November from a previous reading of a gain of 94,000.

The unemployment rate jumped to 5.0%, up from the 4.7% in November, and up from 4.4% in December 2006.

A recession coming?
"These jobs data are the strongest evidence so far that the economic expansion is grinding to a halt," Peter Morici, professor at the University of Maryland School of Business and former chief economist at the U.S. International Trade Commission, wrote in a note to clients this morning.

"Slow jobs growth, along with the shortages of mortgage and business credit, declining home prices and residential construction, and falling industrial production, indicate the risk of a recession for 2008 is high," Morici continued.

Morici expects the Fed to "aggressively cut interest rates to combat the U.S. slowdown," but warns that "the Federal Reserve is in crisis, because its mix of policies addresses an old-style recession."

Ha ha ha laugh laugh laugh You actually think that the President has that big a sway on the economy and if so that just because someone is a Democrat that they are gonna magically fix it. I think thats laughable. The economy has ups and downs and the politicians don't really listen to what the people want anyway. I mean the Democrats were the ones that wanted to pass the "Amnesty bill". Yea that would have really helped the unemployment rate let me tell ya. The presidency has become a political game in which the only results are the ones that help the politicians financial supporters. Its sad but true.

One cannot make such a statement since anything can happen. Look at the Obama tidal wave! Few saw that coming.

Additionally, look at McCain's comeback and the failure of Fred Thompson to become the new Ronald Reagan!

I am disgusted about these people that go around bashing Bush on a daily basis. They should be awarded a medal of stupidity. Whatever happened to respect for the president in office?
Oh yes, I forgot the ones that are protesting are against anything moral in this country. Stem cell research? It has already been proven that adult stem cells are more viable then fetus stem cells. The overplay of this issue shows the ignorance of those protesting. The war in Iraq — I didn’t see a draft, did you? These honorable men and women that CHOOSE to serve this country are over there fighting for the right for us back at home to bicker over such babble (one of our many luxuries that we take for granted everyday by the way). In addition, the liberation of Iraq was a good thing. What do these people want? Do they want to hand over Iraq to al Qaeda? That would be utterly beyond stupid. That means men have died in vain. And, of course evolution taught in schools. Remember that Darwin’s theory is a THEORY. Most people do believe in intelligent design. To NOT teach intelligent design as a possibility is dishonest since evolution has not and cannot be proven to be true. These people are a bunch of bleeding heart liberals that have nothing better to do than to hate someone they will never meet, let alone ever really know. Perhaps they should examine their hatred for Bush than focusing on their own selfish agendas. Gee, why don’t they blame him for the hurricanes too. That is what liberals do. They play the blame game. It is a bunch of complaining, and empty rhetoric and they offer no real tangible solutions. Get over it, people, he won, and he is doing a darn fine job. 60 million people voted for him, so deal with it, and grow up.

Interesting.

Amazing how clowns who constantly harp on this "accidentally on purpose" seem to forget that they did the SAME thing to Bill Clinton all during the eight years he was in office. What's it gonna be, pal?

"Whatever happened to respect for the president in office?"

You tell me, dude. YOU'RE the one slapping on a military uniform (Are you really IN the military? Remember, you can post ANY pic here. Just saying.),spouting off about how we should be kissing the royal feet of King W, while idiots like you bashed another sitting President for eight straight years. Where's the consistancy? You want to have your cake and eat it too. Typical neocon "Cover my ass and blame others first" strategy.

Q: Take a Democrat, take away their wit, charm, talent, intellegence, ability, compassion, patriotism, charisma, and common sense, and what are you left with?

A: A Republican, OF COURSE!laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh

Yes, we don't need
to give welfare to
rich people.

Republicans keep
bringing up Ronald
Reagan in this election,
but people are thinking
George Bush Jr. and Iraq.

The housing crisis was
created on his watch.

He gave big tax breaks
to corporations and
wealthy individuals
while ignoring the
middle class.

Let me ask you,
who, collectively
has the most disposable
income in this country?

You screw the middle
class, you screw yourself,
and that's what they did.

The George Bush Jr.
Administration is the
tar baby which will
stick to the Republican
candidates no matter
what and may sink
their chances for the
Presidency.

None of them
(except maybe Ron Paul)
is offering solutions
to get us out of the
Iraq quagmire.

I learned the other
day that California
Republicans are shutting
out Independents from
helping select the
Republican nominee.

Big mistake. And stupid.

Democrats are welcoming
the Independents with
open arms.
