ok, first of all, i'm not crazy . but at the same time this is a serious question. i was watching a cnn news report on youtube which was reporting on a mass sighting of a ufo in stephenville texas and it got me interested, so i continued to look at related videos on ufo sightings and came across information about an O'hare airport sighting of a "flying saucer" by pilots and other reliable-ish people. There was another really eerie case of a pilot named Frederick Valentich who disappeared during a flight in Australia without a trace after reporting to traffic control that he was being trailed by a strange unidentified aircraft. My question is what is the general consensus of you guys on the topic of ufos. Do you believe in extra-terrestrial intelligence visiting earth? if so, why. if not, then why not? Do you think its not something even worth thinking or talking about?

I belive in UFO I think a person is a little conseded to think that we are the only life in the universe.

Well...firstly, I personally think it's pretty nieve to believe that in an infinate universe we are the only planet with intelligent life on it. lol

As to your question about why they might visit here, if we do believe in UFO's...I suppose the question isn't so much why do we think they are coming here...but, what would we do if we found a planet with lifeforms "less evolved" than we are?

First off, I definitely think it's worth talking about...so long as it is a reasoned discussion. Of course, the problem with discussions about extraterrestrial matters is that most of it is based outside of reason in the first place. When someone says "An alien came into my room last night", I'm hard pressed to believe that because there's no proof. Logic advises against believing those stories.
The better documented stories are worth looking into, and some of them are very curious. In my opinion, if there were aliens, they would either be smart enough to communicate with us and/or take over Earth by now, or they would be dumb and therefore not be able to build a spaceship to travel to Earth. I mean, seriously, if they're smart enough to build a spacecraft which can travel faster than anything we've ever seen before, they have to be smart enough to learn to communicate with us. This leads me to believe that no extraterrestrial aliens have ever visited earth.

maybe it's just humans from the future, coming back in time to fix a problem that will effect us in their time. I'm guessing it has something to do with the butt, travel millions of light years first thing they do is anal probe, but then again I have had dates like that before, except it wasnt millions of light years and she asked. unlike all the unfortunate out there that these "aliens probe"

Is there other life in the universe? Probably.

Do they have the capability of intergalactic travel? Possibly.

The real question is why would an "Intelligent" life form want ot visit this planet?

I think there is a universe wide spectacle going on,and each of us is smack dab right in the middle of it.People have different ways of referring to it ,but it is all the same GAME!!Satan vs GOD or Good vs Evil. Heaven vs. Hell .Israel vs. the Whole Earth. The Serpent People vs. everybody else. I think what is going on here on the Earth right now, could be referred to as the Super Bowl Games of the Whole Universe. All the other planets are watching to see if we can win against the Serpent People THIS TIME, because we usually lose to the serpent people in most of the other civilizations. The Spectators are not allowed to participate in the actual game. The spectators are aliens who look exactly like us, they are our brothers,waiting to welcome us after we win against wickedness.I think this is the Prison planet, time for that identity to end,and become a free planet!!

I believe some of the people in here are correct. In this vast universe, we can not be the only intelligent life, i use the term intelligent loosely

As for them coming here, no I do not believe we are a prison planet has nothing to do with the god vs satan stuff. i think they are just curious, as unlike us they have developed actual space travel. They are probly keeping tabs on us and wondering when we will finally get our own space travel.

Alien #1- Damn lazy Humans, they should have space travel by now, they're supposed to be intelligent.
