Good luck with your idea, but I don't agree with it at all. I can
appreciate the reasons, but I don't think it will work. Just my own
personal opinion.

The only ones who do not want a Moderator are the trouble makers. The
ones who want peace and love and are serious about looking for real
dates and a real relationship, would like to have a Moderator to step in
if trouble arises. Spay or Michael, would NOT be good Moderators because
of their own issues...sorry, guys, I like you both and you are good
people...My vote for Moderator would be Iam or / Will. Are we going to
''vote'' on this, or what?

TY, Iam, but I would have to decline that offer...There are, just some
people, on this site, that I do not like {believe it or not} and I would
be too tempted to ban them...LMAOFOTF! You, Iam, on the other hand, seem
like a well rounded, fair guy. Not to say that I am NOT fair, but I
enjoy, at times, Playing the Players...LOL!

I don't find that statement to be true at all, not agreeing on it does
not mean we are trouble makers. Like I said, I can appreciate the
concerns and the need to make it better, but, I just don't see it
working. If ya'll read thru EVERY thread, you'd find that there are
times that even the ones nominated have been the root of the problem.
There are too many exisiting problems between the memebers that have
been a part of the community, to all of a sudden decide that a couple of
them should monitor the site. Good luck, I'm just here to enjoy the
opinions of everyone and just say hi to friends. I've been known to be
harsh and pretty straight forward, if that is uspetting and should be
monitored or if I'm ganna get a warning or banned for giving my opinion
on a subject that ASKED for my opinion, then I and the folks that agree
with me, won't be on much longer. This is a great site and I've met
some nice people, not ALL of us are here to date anymore and look
forward to the forums. V you have managed to design a site for
EVERYONE, to have someone determine how we approach a subject, in my
opinion, is a mistake. Like I said, this is just my opinion.

Choosing moderators is very important. Also choosing what powers they
have.

Our goal is to make the forums more inviting vs abrasive. A few bad
apples spoils the bunch and that is what we seek to remove.

We have a lot of experience in this. We're not going to do something
that destroys the community we've spent building.

If you're consistently a jerk to people, you will be removed. It's that
simple. We're not expecting some utopia, we just want the worst
elements gone.

For those of you that do not understand, Bull****....if you oppose
Vanchau, on this matter about moderators...you will be deemed a jerk,
and sent to cyber hell....!

I think if ppl cant control thereself,someone else will have to do
it.Same reason we have police on the street.Most ppl are not here to
fight or whitness same.Want to enjoy time spent here.

As you should....however, once someone engages in unsavory conduct
they should,nt later act like the victim....thats what kids do...!
