My second x and i bought this place as bare ground almost 16 years ago...my daughter is now 19+ and my sons 16+ - so that should give you an idea of how much "stuff" hse accumulated over the years while developing this place. My daughter is in college and living with a guy and my sons prefer living at moms because it's in town. I have been thinking about calling one of those outfits that buys and sells estates and see if any of this crap is worth them taking off my hands!

i'm disabled...
own my place... live a very frugal lifestyle... have three kids that spend very little time out here in the sticks because life is much faster at moms place... my "family" is on the east coast, i'm on the left coast... should tell you how i and my family relate... i have nothing but time going for me right now... tic toc |

I am half planning the same type of thing...  This is my ride. I am working on fine tuning a ton of small stuff that I have not been able to afford and work on because of my back. I spent 20+ years as a truck driver traveling through places that I would like to go back to and spend TIME visiting... |

I don't care about money as long as I don't have to take care of a dead beat. I can hold my own thank you wanna hold my own???  I own everything I have. Have a few bills that I gathered lately, but still manage to survive - even being disabled... Just hate doing it all alone... |
