If you want to really listen to the soul of a nice guy, listen to the
song, "she's gonna find me" by the band Melee. It's really heartbreaking, but in that good kind of joyful way. To answer the question a nice guy to me, is a man who has his priorities straight. Obviously no one is perfect so I don't hold that standard high over a man's head. I know he's out there, I believe he's being prepared - not just stuck in one place of life or aimlessly wandering. That's the hope I hold to! |

well then it was customary and all that like you said, but for today you
also have to take into consideration that there's a lot more going on too! There's jobs outside the home, school outside the home (schools that cater to the child therefore teaching them no family related skills), as well as so many more places to travel (this makes it less likely that they would give up their freedom). I think when those things are added into the equation it makes younger people a lot less available to manage the responsibility of raising a family. |
