Are you talking about the mobster boss that got shot and killed on Staten Island 2 weeks ago.?, because if you are that was not a mob hit.
The shooter was told ( by the mob boss) to stay away from the mobsters niece ( who he was dating), he didn't like that and shot nd killed the mobster. The shooter is not in the mob, neither is his family. The shooters family are actually very good people, well known and respected in the S.I. area, they will not be bothered. But I do agree the shooter will be killed in prison, As I am sure his family knows too. |

To date a guy who's mother is younger than you?   Asking for a friend...yeah thats it, for a friend.  to each his own, but if you are asking for opinions Nope, I think its creepy and shallow. I have a few friends that got divorced and then dated women 20 years or so their junior. Not one lasted. The novelty wore off and either she realized he was old or he realized that he had nothing in common with her.. other then sex Its a funny thing, the label still follows them, just as the cougar label follows women who do the same. But that's just my opinion. |

I need some clear insite folks.I rent property to a man with a real violent past. But he served his time...numerous times. When he moved in I told everyone has a past the only things that I would hold against you is any sort of violent crime against a woman whether it be assault or rape or hurting kids. And he said that he had done none of the above so I rented to him. I just found out he has a aggrivated sexual assault charge. It was lessened to simple assault.I am thinking about evicting him as there are neighbors very close. What's YOUR oppinion?Keep in mind his debt to society is paid. Thankyou I don't know if you legally can. Depends on the lease and the state eviction laws.. I had a renter just stop paying me.. just stopped. My lease with him was iron clad. By the time it went thru the eviction process 4 months went by. I could not throw him out, I could not go into MY own property during those 4 months. He left it trashed. He stiffed me for a little over $3K, so I Decided to take him to court. I contacted 3 lawyers all 3 said.. no problem, the tenant doesn't have a leg to stand on.. lawyer cost, $2,800... so they wanted me to pay $2,800 to win $3,100 Lesson learned...I didn't go to court...I sold both of the properties, I will never be a landlord again. |

Well, my Dad was circumcised, and he made sure me and my 3 brothers were. There were 8 of us kids , so clearly my Mom liked that sleek aerodynamic style. Which I think most women do.

Ahh yes, and here lies the problem.
Women are attracted to men who are good.. but know when to be bad.. and just how bad to be. They like that. But then when they get that they try to change him into something else.. something against the grain of what attracted them in the first place.
