My answer:

Women are responsible because it's their bodies. Who is fertile when doesn't matter to me....the woman is the one that gets pregnant, so she has a bigger responsibility IMO.

If men don't want to worry about a woman having their child, then they are responsible, as well

Basically, we are responsible for our own bodies. It takes 2 to tango, so if you don't want to risk getting pregnant then protect yourself or don't dance

I mean, if I decide to have sex and I don't want to get pregnant or STDs, then I should be responsible for my decision. Both are equal in deciding to have sex so both are equal to be responsible

JMO

So, if a woman should be solely responsible for birth control, do you also believe she should be the one responsible for deciding what to do with the baby? Whether she keeps it, puts it up for adoption, or gets an abortion?
technically she does have that choice cause it's her body and she can do want she wants no matter if anyone likes it or not.

for now,,,,

hasnt always been, might not always be,,,,

I can relate to this answer. I actually agree but traditionally it seems that people have expected the female to protect herself from pregnancy through contraceptive medication

and much less expectation has been placed upon the male to prevent impregnating someone,,,

a younger relative posted to me this question,,,which I have no reasonable answer to

If I am only capable of conceiving three or four days a month, and the male is capable of fertlization EVERY DAY,,, why am I the one responsible for taking contraception? why havent males created and been responsible for 'taking' contraception?

MsH and Dragonese must be sleeping.....

Haven't heard yet how this doesn't mean anything, and how our constitutional lawyer, dictator would never allow it to be used, and would never destroy our constitution or bill of rights.

What does it take to make people go slaphead ?

He's going thru our constitution and bill of rights with a red pen saying "this doesn't work for me...." and nobody cares!

Guess our country isn't going to hell fast enough to suit some people! frustrated rant

at your request

make note of the words :RESTRICTED AREAS:

basically areas one shouldnt be FOR ANY REASON,,,,,

You should be able to protest the government close enough that they can hear you, this is like when Bush's security made protestors move 2 miles away. It was wrong then and now its a freaking law.

you should not be allowed in a 'restricted area'

we dont get to choose how close we can be to SOMEBODY else every time,,,,just because we want to

thats why people get in trouble with stalking and harassment laws....

There is a huge difference between stalking and this, these are our employees and we should be able to go wherever we need to to be heard.

they are still human beings too,, and restricted is restricted,,,

LA is a much more diverse area with many more people and a much longer past of police misconduct,, the Rodney King fiasco was just the straw that finally broke the horses back,,,,

I dont think that is the same environment in Sanford Florida...

explain something you KNOW but dont believe,,,,

the question is about your existence MsHarmony ....so let's try again

do you "know" that you yourself exist or do you "believe" that you yourself exist?

both

MsHarmony...you were asked to pick either "Know" or "Believe" to answer the question...and this was specifically told to you ....or perhaps you became confused

so let's try again for the Trinity time.....oops... I meant let's try again for the third time

MsHarmony...do you "know" that you yourself exist or do you "believe" that you yourself exist?

pointless question that

no answer can be bullied into existence

may as well ask me if im 'black' or 'african american'

when I am, personally, both

somewhere in the middle

legally, not single because I never got divorced from my husband

realistically, not taken because my husband has been out of our lives for at least three years now,,,,

met my high school sweetheart

my high school sweetheart became my first

we married

we made a million incredible memories together

we had a child

we struggled to provide

we suffered through infidelity

we divorced,,,

we remained platonically (at least on my part) crazy about each other our whole life,,,

and some would say that KNOWING requires absolute proof,, of which I have none and would not request because I already KNOW Without DNA who my parents are....

but these things often come down to semantics debates,,,

this can be solved by you giving an answer to this question

do you "know" that you yourself exist or do you "believe" that you yourself exist?

please choose either "know" or "believe" when you answer the question about your existence

not possible, they arent exclusive of each other,,,

I wish more people would believe in 'SOMETHING' besides their own personal gratification,,,,and power,,

MsHarmony...I bet you won't say that to God

why not?

apply it to Jesus...he's a people ...

Jesus believed in his Father too,,,

those that don't "know"...only gets the option to "believe"

believing doesnt exclude knowing

I Believe in my parents, and I know them both too,,,

if you know them both but only believe that they are your parents...then that may require a DNA test ......"to believe" or "belief" always entails doubt

and some would say that KNOWING requires absolute proof,, of which I have none and would not request because I already KNOW Without DNA who my parents are....

this is true, and everyone makes some bad choices sometimes

choices arent always about finances, but finances are important in providing for children,,,
