The prosecution is going to have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he had set out and always INTENDED to kill Trayvon Martin, if they don't then the jury has to aquit. murder two doesnt require premeditated intent,,, I didn't say premeditated,but Murder 2 does have to show intent. Don't take my word for it look it up and check it out yourself. At best this is Voluntary Manslaughter.
