The thing that makes the biggest difference in a woman's looks is a smile. I've found that the warmer and kinder women tend to look better and be more attractive. I'm not against a woman using makeup if she feels good about using it, but as some of the other men have said, as long as it isn't caked on. Some women put so much stuff around their eye, they look like racoons. Thankfully not many do that but I've seen it.

I did it once or twice and it didn't interfere with work. Two couples I know met and married and continued to work in the same building with no problems. But in some circumstances, it might get a bit messy, especially if one is a superior to the other.

If you have kids and they are young then explain that to the date before hand. Then instruct the kids that a text is to only be used in an emergency. If there are no kids involved then turn the thing completely off!
