I certainly agree with what you said. I rarely ask a man for help as I really would rather do for myself because of the stigma that is attached to receiving help. That being said; when I do accept help; I make it very clear that I won't exchange sex for help. I will pay him money, take him out forlunch; make a home cooked meal, or give him help when he needs it. This doesn't have to be that complicated if one is mature about this.
