MELATONIN - natural herb. Take one 20 minutes before bedtime. A friend told me about this because I have difficulties sleeping at night. I did some research.. your body naturally produces Melatonin.. at night your levels of Melatonin are higher (which makes you sleep) and during the morning hours your levels drop off.. which is why you naturally awaken.
As "some" people age, their Melatonin levels decrease. Since I have started taking this (3mg) at night.. I've had no troubles sleeping. Try it.. it works!!
