Just a word of advice for down the road if things get more serious in the relationship. Remember that your children were "friends".. don't ever give more/or take the side of her child over your own. Keep it "mutual".

Long story short... My oldest son thought it would be so cool to introduce his best friend's mother to his father. Well they started dating for 3 month's..were married by the 4th/5th month. My son and his best buddy..soon became enemies..instead of "brothers". To this day.. he wishes he never would have introduced them. This of course is my ex's fault in the majority of things... he has put all of her children before his own.

I agree!! Talking on the phone is so much more PERSONAL! I prefer to speak to someone over texting. JMO

This guy I recently talked to had a picture of himself and 2 buddies, it was a distant picture... he told me he was the one on the left and it was an older picture, he would be putting a recent one on soon. I thought it was of his college graduation. Mind you, this person was now 40. Come to find out, he said it was from HIGH SCHOOL.....GOOD GRIEF!

No, it was pretty easy.
Because I wouldn't ever do that again, if the trust is gone (that time was for good reason) you don't have a relationship.. I will no longer try to hold onto something that obviously wasn't the right one. Not going to play those childish games.

Honestly? The only time I have ever used my video was a little over 2 years ago...when I knew my ex bf was lying to me ...I drove by his house and video taped his "empty driveway space"..then up around the corner to the bar "car parked in the parking lot" .. LOL There was NO way he was going to lie again on that one! oops BUSTED! Though, I was must say.. I will never do this again..it isn't worth it. (lying/cheating b*st*rds)
