amish=STONE AGE=NO power,computers,phones(cell AND land),no vehicles that require gasoline,no big heavy tractors or other machinery that requires more than 5 horses to pull,they do BLACKSMITH tricks for welding.ALL farm work is done by MEN AND SONS ONLY.the women are NOT allowed to help with anything that is above plucking,gutting turkeys/chickens,or cleaning the dwellings.how do i know this? well i lived with the one colony for 1 month.i asked what the differences were between all and that is what i was told.

me myself and i ENJOY driving taxi.it to me is the best job out there.i get to drive around WITHOUT a seatbelt on.i get to meet people.i get to go for long drives.i also enjoy the night shifts that i barely get anymore.but hey! money is money.it pays the bills.reason for no seatbelt is i cannot be in a confined area.a seatbelt IS too confined for me.otherwise i black out.so the police just wave to me as they see me driving around.plus my boss LOVES how i deal with drunks.also seniors ADORE me.i joke with them and i get told by my boss to keep up the good work.
