Heights freak me out. I used to work for a telco company, I fell off a ladder when I was about 30 ft high. Broke my arm. ouch guess you were lucky .

Plane trips used to scare me... Until I met someone a year ago, she only ever ate Kraft Dinner and Instant Noodles...Kraft Dinner made in a microwave at that. She wasn't broke or anything like that, she a student in a very very large and nicely paid for condo in DT Toronto. I often wondered how she was alive... Great sex though. Anyhow, Yeah, women that can't and don't cook scare the ba-jebus outta' me. I get's tired cooking and working all the time. oh baby I love to cook ....it just tastes do damn good!

My foot needs time to heal... well this is Sad because of arthritis ....... I have had at least 1 surgery a year since I was 40! 5 in my hands & 3 in my right knee. I just saw the Dr. This week. It has spread thru. My right hand I already have a screw connected yo my hip bone in my thumb. & my left thumb is fused. Need more surgery. It don't keep me out of the gym tho. The Drs. would kill me if they only knew. My knee is taking 2 yrs to heal because I can't stop Hiking! I'm obsessed with working out that's why it so sad that I can't get rid of (osteoarthritis) Ow, maybe you need to slow down a tiny bit? well actually it has helped me quite a bit......my knee has the ability yo straighten and bend at 100% as for my lady fused thumb it healed better than expected .......... I used it more than ever & was lifting weights 2 weeks after surgery in a cast ..... I honestly do have an Obsession working out....... I get a High off of it babe. Lol My Dr.told me if I were to slow down then I would get depressed! : p

It's the perfect time of year to spend a few days in Tahoe ....... my favorite place to be...... I'm leaving this weekend ill be Hiking & getting lost out there in the Mountains! I will be looking at moving there in the next couple years!!

Just got surgery...no cardio for a month or two or three or four. We'll see. well that is funny ...they wanted me on a bike right after I had my knee replacement and my Dad had heart surgery they put him on a bike ........ never an excuse not to do Cardio! It's so good for you?
