But you killed the spirit within
For so long I was afraid to love anyone else
Though I tried my best
I always put them trough a test
Failing as they always did
I walked away
But no more
Never again I say
I thought I had rid you from my life
Little did I realize
You still had control
All those wasted years
I can never get them back
But today....today I take control back
I will no longer allow you to control my thoughts
I will no longer allow you to control my fears
I will no longer allow you to control how I feel
I'm taking me back
I'm taking control back
I'm not afraid anymore
I can now walk through this door
Into a brand new world
Where fear has no claim
Where pain has no claim
Where control is mine and mine alone
Today I can shut the door on our past
And walk away free
Simply as me

Ohhhhhhh girl I know I have told you many times
you are the lady with the words. And a ROSE in
BLOOM. Little by little you are getting to that
day were you will be in full BLOOM. This was yet
one very big step on that way. That day is getting
closer each and every day.
