I'm going to make an attempt to eat and drink at home for the next 10 days. It seems I'm spending a lot of money on things I can prepare for myself at home. How much money would you say you spend a month on eating out?

Well, when I'm living in a hotel for a month I spend between 600-700. But that does include taking one or two with me occasionally.

food tastes so much better when you cook it at home...fast food isnt any good these days...except boston market

I spend way to much eating out. I just hate cooking for myself. I waste to much food. Everything goes bad in the fridge.

I spend almost nothing. We eat at least one big meal a day organically home cooked, sometimes twice and the other times stuff like spinach salad, tuna with rice, ground beef (organically grown) with combos of vegetables and lots of fruit - bananas, apples, grapes, oranges and strawberries. Melons are great too. Eat fruit at least 4 or 5 times a day. Usually start the morning with a banana and a glass of cranberry blackberry juice before jogging. I'm sure it's a lot cheaper than drive through food and if you count the time to go and get it, wait in line, and come back then it's just as fast and you know where those fingers have been.

I detest fast food so I rarely eat that maybe once a month if that........i love home cooked meals........i do like nice restraunts but even that gets old after awhile.........so im big on home.........
