Topic: Guilty until Proven Innocent!

The Pregnant Woman Texas CPS had held claiming she was a minor gave birth April 29! Sect members had claimed all along that the woman was an adult.

Now Texas CPS concedes. The woman is in fact an adult.

The second woman who gave birth yesterday, Texas CPS admits may also be an adult.

I thought in America you were innocent until proven guilty.

What else have they claimed was wrong?

OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM IS BROKEN.

You are guilty and must prove you are innocent.

County Persecuters have no ethics.

Many innocent people in jail all over the country for crimes they did not commit.

Some (many) people will say it is better to err in favor of 1% of the cases than to protect the other 99%'s rights and freedoms.

What say you to that?

I say to that, it's better to see one hundred killers get away once than to destroy the life of one innocent man or woman.

But the CPS (Child Pedophile Supporters) in Texas, this wasn't about who was or wasn't guilty, it was about snatching children.
Thats how they justify their budgets.

This will help with a NON MSM point of view on this subject.

"Most of the harm in the world is done by good people, and not by accident, lapse, or omission. It is the result of their deliberate actions, long persevered in, which they hold to be motivated by high ideals toward virtuous ends… In periods when millions are slaughtered, when torture is practiced, starvation enforced, oppression made a policy, as at present over a large part of the world, and as it has often been in the past, it must be at the behest of very many good people, and even by their direct action, for what they consider a worthy object."

I agree totally. And I think it's getting worse and worse as time goes on. I mean, most prosecutors are only doing things like this just so they can promote how many "bad guys" they've put away. I'm sorry, but I believe it's all about greed and selfishness.

Also, CPS has gotten such a bad reputation in the past for not doing there job, that it seems now they are going to extremes in taking kids away just so they can look good in the eyes of the public, as if to say, "See, we are doing our jobs."

So how do we fix it?

Quit letting our emotions overrule our brains and common sense. Stay away from what seems like popular opinion.
The loudest are generally a minority while the majority are silent. (hence the silent majority) They are complacent and this needs to change.

Get the Christian right and their ideas out of politics. They dont belong there and they are behind many of these policies, and actions. (esp. the evangelist)

This question will be answered in a minute with, Vote Ron Paul.laugh laugh laugh

I dont agree with that. The silent majority IMO need to wake up and let their voices be heard.
I suggest voting against all incumbents, All......

Maybe it was more of a selfimposed question?

I think CPS should have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt a child is in danger, rather than having the power to snatch and grab as the seem fit.

what's crazy is they seem to pick and choose.

Hey at least it some kind of answer and I agree with you that more people need to speak out, and I have been one of them. But it didn't do any good.

I think CPS should have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt a child is in danger, rather than having the power to snatch and grab as the seem fit.
I agree 100% but what if they have the proof, take the child out of the home, and place them in pretty much the same situation they came from? What good is that?

That's what happened to my 2 half-brothers. Me and my brother and sister fought like hell for 3 years to get the boys removed here in the state of Virginia because they were put through an extreme amount of physical and emotional abuse. We almost got the boys removed and put in my sister's home but then my father fled the state and went to Maryland where he was busted for selling drugs and their mother was busted for prostitution. Maryland CPS stepped in and removed the boys but ended up putting them in just as bad of a situation as they were before.

The older one was sent to a home where there wasn't any supervision and he got hooked on drugs and got a 17 year old girl pregnant when he was 14. The younger one was put in a group home where we were not allowed to have contact, and later was moved to a foster home where he was being physically tortured. He requested to be moved down here with us, but now they say we can't have him because we have to go through all the red tape, which could take anywhere from 6 months to a year. He's been removed and put in a new foster home, but we have no idea if it's any better then the one he was at.

I think CPS had very good intentions when it was first started. But it has gotten to the point where alot of it is done for selfish reasons. And so many things have caused it to become useless. They don't do the jobs like they are supposed to. They remove the children from the home and just forget about them. Or they remove a child from a home first before even proving that they should have been removed in the first place. I've seen it all first hand.

Texas CPS removed 460 children from that compound. 460 CHILDREN!! And now they have to find foster homes for every single one of those children. I honestly think they should have thought this out alot more because there are going to be alot of children that are going to suffer a whole lot of psychological damage from CPS acting to quickly. But do you think CPS will take responsibility for this. Hell no!! They never own up to their mistakes and they never will.

This isn't about guilt in these cases. This is about record keeping. And the fact that a number of people couldn't give the same info twice. So yeah, a person tells two different things, even if they are only a little bit off, you are gonna have to wait and make sure you have the correct info.

Not really.
Its about being assumed guilty until proven innocent.
The Texas CPS acted on a false phone call, and started assuming guilt.
Its really not about that though.
Its about the turning of the American ideal that a person is innocent until proven guilty.
