Update;

Of the two FLS mothers who gave birth recently, one is 18 and the other is 22 yrs old. Now Texas is acknowledging that perhaps 2 doz others may not be minors as originally reported. leaving the number of underage mothers at only 5.

The girls, here's the kicker, showed birth certificates and in some cases DL when first taken into custody. Texas CPS didn't believe them and decided to ignore the documents presented, stating that with their long braided hair, traditional dress, and lack of make-up they appeared younger. (WTF)

They also stated hat because the girls were home-schooled many didn't have school records.
Texas officials say, no one has been arrested or charged in the case.

New,
Texas appeals court rules that CPS had insufficient evidence and no legal right to remove the children from the FLDS ranch!
Overturning the previous order to keep the children in State custody!

Yeah but now they are saying that the ruling will be put on hold because the State is going to the higher courts to get that ruling overturned.

If it doesn't get overturned, can you imagine how long it will take to get all of those kids back to their parents? Cause you know CPS isn't going to play nice and will make those parents go through all the red tape, just to be spiteful.

They stopped all custody hearings and the State hasnt decided whether they will appeal. The court ruled they couldnt be treated as one household and the State has failed to prove any more than 5 may may may have been abused.
Even those 5 are questionable and were not discovered until after CPS seized custody with insufficient evidence!
Guilty until proven innocent!
