You're wrapped up in your covered shell. You can't get out, yes, I can tell. Years ago, it was your heart that fell and now you live in a lonely hell. I couldn't save you, no matter how I tried; you chose to live in wrapped up lies. I can only hear your deafening sigh, as I struggle to finally say goodbye. Sometimes life is wrought with pain, but Love is stronger and we gain. To touch a rose, you do strain. My prayers go with you, all the same. Sometimes to Love we must let go of everything we used to know. How I wished you would grow. My blood has fallen making crimson snow. JDS 06/11/08

Quite beautiful and sad. Fears can paralyze and allow one not to reach out. Such a loss.
