It is good to be a carpenter's helper. Jesus was a carpenter. I helped my pastor to build his church and when my well pump broke he came to help me fix it. I like helping others but I am working on helping myself. My dad helped me how to use tools and so many others have, too. I am learning things by helping others and not just handing tools to them. When I was handing tools to my dad I didn't pay enough attention to detail like he always told me to do. But with this mechanic friend down the road he explains to me how to do each thing in detail. I can't help think but I have made atonement to my dad and feel like he is looking down from heaven and saying, "Thats my boy."

I met this lady yesterday, she was the most divine soul I have ever met in person. We talked for about 3 hours, she confirmed alot of things about me, and made me see some things I didn't know/want to see.

Meeting her was a blessing.

when I left the bookstore, where I met her, there was a man on a motorized wheelchair that fell into the street. I stopped of course and helped him up and the wheel chair back up. There were people on the street who laughed, I pulled my car over to help him, the people on the street standing there did nothing... Why does that happen?

Could be too many Christians and not enough good Samaritans I guess.

I don't think you need to be of any faith to see an old man hurt and want to help. It was funny don't get me wrong, but laugh after you help him.

My first thought was "Oh ****, get him out of the road" then after he was safe..."hahaha that was kinda funny"

I was glad you were to help him. The Lord works in mysterious ways I am told.

Yes. I've been enlightened about my need to turn over my life to the Lord because it's a mess otherwise. I took advantage of God's free gift of atonement for my sins when I was 16 or 17: I knew I was a sinner bound for hell because of my sins. I new that Jesus paid the price for my sins and asked him into my heart and my life, admitting I was a sinner and needed him to set me free, but I didn't really start living for Jesus until just recently (I'm 52 now).

So now, I've got enlightenment and atonement in my life and it's made all the difference in the world, to me. I hope you take advantage of the Lord's atonement as soon as possible and I hope you start walking with him soon, too. It'll make a tremendous difference in your life: you'll know more about him, you'll make less mistakes in life, you'll be happer, you'll reach more people for the Lord and you can avoid the mistakes I made (basically mistreating other people while I shunned the way of the Lord).

Anyway, that's my enlightenment for ya. Hope that helps.

I like that man was created out of Gaea. Atleast she gets a little validation when it reads, "Lets make man in our image." Genesis 1:2 reads that Gaea was without form and void. But if you can grasp before Genesis 1:1 that God and the void were the beginning. I am glad that Gaea is fertile. I mean there are planets that scientists say can't even support life as we know it.

And after I went to the gym, I got both enlightened and atoned!
