I smile, and treat them very nice..makes them wonder what your up to!! Then I just keep going about my business and do my job to the best of my ability. I would never let them know it bothers you because then it may just get worse..so make them wonder and kill em with kindness...

Don't leave yourself open to sabotage. You are good at your job and your work shows it. Give the saboteurs enough rope and they will hang themselves.

kill them with kindness, they will get theirs in the end. I have this exact situation at work and the company is sticking up for the dumba$$. Report it to HR and then wear a flack jacket for when he goes postal.

I would definitely start carrying a screw driver. Seriously...keep your eyes open and double check your projects before presentation every time. If you are on top of them and they cannot succeed they should wear out quickly enough and maybe even gain a new respect for you in their own demented way.

Then I would go to your boss and request to work alone or with someone else on the project. If they ask why, then tell them. But I sure wouldn't give this person more to fuel the fire. The more you reveal, the more trouble you will get.
