Try to look at the good things and not the bad,focus on the positive,I know its not that easy at times,but its what pulls you through the gutter when your down.

you are very beautiful and have a better life than thousands ofothers, i am sure.......take a look around you and you will surely see maybe a person in a wheelchair, now what the hell do you have to whine about. here is the key: think of others and that will take the heat off you. it works for me......try being thankful for all the blessings that you do have, instead of focusing on "your" depression. spread the good news! your life could really suck if you were in Iraq right now or africa or something or what if you were homeless or starving to death. really bless the Lord and be thankful!!!!!

Take a walk around your neighborhood. It always helps me when I am a little down in the dumps. Smile too. It's funny but that will help. Hope you feel better.

its sunny outside but its rainning on the inside. how can that be? Ya know, actually...this is okay. No one can be up 100% of the time. It really is okay to feel down sometimes. If it continues and starts effecting your life though, you might consider counseling. Otherwise, occasional blues are no big deal, something we all experience and completely normal. Sometimes ya just gotta go with it to get on the other side of it.
