Have not received a "questionnaire". Does that mean women don't find me interesting? Or that enough is said in my profile?

Find talking/chatting with people to be the best thing.bigsmile

Questions need to be expressed with manners.
We all want to learn as much as poss. about the person we are meeting. IF it leads to further date, there will be even more questions.
I never worry, if question is too deep for where we are at; in meeting. I just say POLITELY; "You don't need to know that, at this time. Maybe later."

MANNERS ALWAYS

Anyone that would tell you that you were cold,unromantic and reminded him of his x in a conversation weither it is second ,third or tenth is a loser period.
I, personally hate being called sweety,darling,honey etc. and letters signed with hugs and kisses when you don't even know me.With the exception of friends.
I don't except im unless you send me an email first.

the most frequent question i get is:

"why is it that you have not already been swept off your feet by someone?"

girls...do you think this is a compliment or a real question??? if someone is going to pose a question...i will answer...lol...

i tend to get a little spooked over this...cause obviously im still here...does that not alone speak volumes for itself...

how well would a true answer come across?

* im picky...
* im the real thing
* i think before i act
* must feel chemistry by the end of the first/second date

not pretty for guys on the prowl... a responsible woman...ouch!!! runnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

indiblue, I think that some people are in such a hurry to know weither you fit their idea of who they want to date that they may miss someone that is a perfect match for them.frown
As for "how come someone hasn't snatched you up already?" I find this an annoying question like you said "I am on this dating site "right?
Next question guys!!!
I don't mean to sound bitter because I am far from it.Just would like to hear something new. smile.

I've noticed in reading women's ads, profiles and chatting that 50's women in particular have this nasty habit of "interviewing" men with questions like:

1) Do you own a home?
2) What kind of work do you do?
3) Do you pay child support?

Ladies, ladies, ladies. Tsk, tsk. It's quite obvious what you're doing. You're trying to get a quick snapshot of my finances.

Whatever happened to a woman just wanting to get to know a guy to see if they were compatible and had similar interests? You want us to take the time to get to know you don't you?

It seems to me that women who want to "qualify" men based on their finances are completely misdirected and certainly not the type of women I want to meet.

I had chat with one woman online and in the third sentence from her was "what kind of work do you". She just couldn't resist. I asked her why she wanted to know? She claimed she wanted to see if we had something in common. NO SHE DIDN'T!! She wanted to get an idea how much money I made.

Ladies and gents, what say you to this sad state of affairs?

Well, it just seems to me that "He Searches" is involved with something illegal, imoral or more probably is hiding something from the "Tax Man". Therefore if you know nothing about it, you can honestly say "I dont Know". Most men I know would love to explain their work, if someone truly shows an interest.

Good eye contact tells me whether I want to get interested in a woman. I know something is going on with a person when they have difficulty looking at me in the eye...and it's probably something I'm not going to like.

If a guy is going to notice that you have a nice figure or a nice chest he should try to do it when he thinks you aren't looking.

Asking someone what they do for a living as one of your first questions shows a real lack of imagination. It's lame.

Let's try to make this thread a little more positive by posting the best, most imaginative questions you could ask on a first date or in a first conversation.

I'll start.

If you could be anything you wanted to be and knew you wouldn't fail, what would it be?
